We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Provider or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting initial patient screenings and comprehensive physical examinations, as well as prescribing appropriate medications based on patient needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and meticulously reviewing patient records to ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care. The NP/PA will also be tasked with analyzing test results and coordinating follow-up appointments to discuss findings and further treatment plans.
